That looks a lot like a sinuatrial block with a regular p wave coming in that’s overlapped by the QRS and T. Narrow QRS would suggest a high replacement rhythm, probably not far under the AV node. Also, a deep isoelectric ST line from the ascending S, probably due to ischaemia caused by the ventricle and atrial stimulation being out of synch which reduces the cardial output.

To spare medics the pain of anaylsing that (and wishing for the other 11 leads) please don’t draw this from memory or any random image google image search

Also, I’d start CPR, get an iv line in the patient and some adrenalin (1 mg every 3-5 min). If it was me I’d be a bit screwed but not conscious long enough to think more than “oh, crap”.

People used to be all “Bisexual doesn’t exist, make a choice” and now it’s all “pansexuals are just pretty little snow flake bisexuals” which shows how little people actually seem to know/think about sexuality, gender and attraction.

I can’t imagine being a third gender or none, but can imagine loving someone regardless of their gender. Or being sexually attracted to someone regardless of their sex and gender constellation.

I may not know how to play baseball by your rules, but I certainly enjoy playing by mine. :D

I was doing my part, felt useful and got to do stuff. I went in for late shifts because there’d be more to do. My supervisor told me that he was thankful for my help and: “Did you do [procedure] yet? Okay, so we’ll do the next one together.”

Now a new colleague (two actually, one comes in early, one late) came to the department on Tuesday and suddenly I’m demoted to running around delivering and fetching things and doing menial tasks because even paperwork is taken up by colleague learning how to do it. My supervisor to new colleague: “Did you do [procedure] yet? Okay, so we’ll do the next one together.”

Which I understand, logically, since new colleague is trained and has a degree, I’m just a student on internship who’s doing that stuff because my supervisor has the time and motivation to teach me.

But emotionally?

So I’ve been waiting for days/weeks for the chance to do that procedure (and maybe others) and now I probably won’t get to during the next two weeks because the trained colleague needs to learn them.

Probably won’t be doing procedures I do know how to do because new colleague needs to learn those, too.

One of the most common questions they asked me was if I have ever worn a skirt and would I wear one. No....I really don't think I ever would. I think the general thing there isn’t “skirt = girl”, although it feels like it. Sometimes bio!males mistake their crossdressing and fetishising the idea of being (or being treated like) a woman for being transgender.

Naturally these men start to feel uncomfortable at some point in transitioning - some of them go as far as surgery and are naturally disappointed.

So, while it might feel insulting it’s the counsellors’ duty to figure out what’s going on.

Animals don’t have that. So if all the hormones and outside influence make them freak out they go with their survival. The worst reason for stress is lack of resources. So, lots of stress = little resources = a bad time to have babies. So either she abandons them or uses them as a resource.
